Sophia Mastriano

Arianna Danzig is the Director and Founder of The Dance Studio by ADC and currently serves as the Head Coach of the RHS Dance Team in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Originally from Connecticut, Arianna has been dancing since the age of two and grew up training as a competitive dancer in a wide variety of dance styles.
She attended Savannah College of Art and Design, where she majored in Fashion Marketing, minored in Dance, and served as President of her school’s Club Dance Team. Arianna continued to expand her training professionally through programs and classes at Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, and Joffrey Ballet School. Throughout her training, she has had the opportunity to work with renowned choreographers including Dexter Carr, Casie "Tynee" Goshow, and Charles Smith.
Arianna is passionate about creating a positive, inspiring, and hardworking environment where dancers can grow both technically and artistically. Through The Dance Studio by ADC, she strives to help every dancer build confidence, creativity, discipline, and a lifelong love for dance.
Giuliana Dello-Russo is a dancer and
choreographer from NY who grew up a member of the USA Tap Team. Giuliana currently attends Sacred Heart University, where she is a SHU Force leader & choreographer for the Dance Ensemble.
Additionally, Giuliana is a founding member and now co-captain of SHU's Rhythm Tap Crew, and serves as a committee member on the Dance Program executive board. Outside of Sacred Heart, Giuliana teaches dance 5 days a week at local studios in NY & CT and choreographs both competition and recital pieces for dancers of all ages! She had the opportunity to present her choreography at the Connecticut Young Artists Festival this past summer.

Jenna McNamara is a dancer and choreographer from New York! Jenna currently attends Sacred Heart University, where she is a SHU Force leader and choreographer. Outside from school, she has taught at 2 other dance studios for contemporary, jazz, and strength and conditioning! Jenna emphasizes her warm and welcoming environment in her classroom and is passionate about what she does. She loves sharing her passion and love for dance with her dancers!
Sophia Mastriano began dancing at the age of three and competing by five. She continued her training at Jennifer Napolitano’s School of Performing Arts on Long Island, New York, where she attended Broadway auditions, earned numerous overall titles and scholarships, traveled nationally for competitions and conventions, and built valuable industry connections.
Throughout her career, Sophia has performed in the Moscow Ballet’s Nutcracker, trained at the Rockette Invitational Summer Intensive, appeared on Good Morning America, walked in New York Fashion Week, performed as a backup dancer, and modeled for dancewear brands and industry professionals.
Sophia now shares her passion for dance through teaching and choreography. She provides private instruction to more than 50 dancers and creates award-winning solos and duets. Dedicated to helping dancers grow both technically and artistically, Sophia strives to build confidence while fostering a positive, encouraging environment where every student can thrive.

Skyler has been dancing since the age of two and is a proud alum of Sacred Heart University’s Dance Company, where she trained in jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, hip-hop, and other styles. With a background in education and years of teaching experience, Skyler is passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging environment where dancers can grow both technically and artistically.
Most recently, Skyler performed as Velma Kelly in a local production of Chicago. She has also spent the past year teaching at D’Valda & Sirico Dance and Music Centre while choreographing pieces for competition teams. Skyler loves incorporating elements of mindfulness, strength training, and breathwork into her classes to help dancers build confidence, body awareness, and a strong foundation for movement.
Hannah grew up in New York where she trained for 17+ year in various styles including contemporary, jazz, lyrical, ballet, tap, and hip hop while also dancing competitively for 12 years. Hannah just received her Bachelor of Science in Management, along with a minor in dance. Throughout her time at Sacred Heart University, she was an active member of the Dance Company while also holding a leadership role within the executive board. Hannah also was a member of Inception Dance Crew and Rhythm Tap Crew at SHU. She also is Acrobatic Arts certified up to Module Two!
Meet Ava McCabe! She is a rising senior at Fairfield University studying social work with a minor in psychology. She is a dancer with specialties in jazz and contemporary. She has been dancing since she was 2 and started competing at 10, training in a studio through the age of 18 and building a strong foundation in technique.
Currently, she is a member of the Fairfield University Division I Dance Team. Last year her team placed 12th at NDA Nationals, and this year her team is competing at DTU Nationals in Pom. Being on a competitive team has strengthened her ability to pick up choreography quickly and perform with confidence. She wants to translate that to the young individuals she will get the honor in working with.
Ava is positive, compassionate, and always ready to put the best of our dancers on any stage they perform on!
Maia Atzemis is a Cleveland, Ohio native who began her ballet training under Courtney
Laves-Mearini at Cleveland City Dance. At age 16, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, to continue
her training in the Vaganova syllabus at Atlanta Ballet Academy. She went onto trainee
programs with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and Grand Rapids Ballet before joining New England
Ballet Theatre for the 2026–2027 season as a member of the corps de ballet.
Throughout her training and early professional career Maia has performed works by George
Balanchine, Val Caniparoli, Yuri Possokhov, Houston Thomas, and other notable
choreographers in both classical and contemporary styles.
Maia has taught ballet, pointe, contemporary, modern, and conditioning to students of all ages,
including adaptive dance programs. Her teaching is rooted in the Vaganova method, with an
emphasis on strong technique, proper placement, artistry, and fostering a lifelong love of ballet.
She looks forward to helping each student grow in both skill and confidence!
Sabrina Lobner
Ballet/ Musical Theater
Sabrina Gail Lobner has performed in Die Schweigsame Frau at the Fisher Center, La Traviata with Seattle Opera and Lyric Opera of Kansas City, Carousel with Boston Lyric Opera and The Wick Theatre, The Cher Show and Joseph... with The Wick Theatre, and for the iconic Dior. Her television work comprises HBO’s The Plot Against America and Amazon Prime’s The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Lobner’s choreographic body of work includes If I Reach You (Sarah Lawrence College grant recipient), Little Marble Kisses (The Tank NYC), test flight (Art House NJ), The Cher Show (The Wick Theatre), Drink Me (Developments: Original Works by New York Choreographers, a festival she produced). Her choreography has been commissioned by Westchester Ballet Company, Northwest Florida Ballet and The Mechanicals Theater Co. (NYC).
