The Dance Forward Program is a leadership program at The Dance Studio by ADC designed for dedicated dancers ages 12 and up who are looking to grow beyond the classroom.

Through this program, students will have the opportunity to earn leadership hours while developing valuable life skills such as communication, responsibility, teamwork, professionalism, and mentorship. Participants will assist with studio events, support younger dancers, help with classroom preparation, and contribute to the positive culture of our studio.

The Dance Forward Program is designed to empower young leaders, build confidence, and prepare dancers for future opportunities both inside and outside of the dance world.

Program participants will:

• Gain hands-on leadership experience

• Learn mentorship and teaching skills

• Develop responsibility and time-management abilities

• Build confidence and professionalism

• Earn documented leadership/service hours

• Make a positive impact within the studio community

Applications are open to dancers ages 12 and older. Space is limited and participants are selected based on maturity, commitment, attendance, and overall readiness to serve as role models within The Dance Studio by ADC.
